Call for Abstracts Now Open for the CyberKnife® Robotic Radiosurgery Summit: A Scientific Symposium
You are invited to submit an abstract of your work for oral or poster presentation for the 2011 CyberKnife® Robotic Radiosurgery Summit: A Scientific Symposium being held in San Francisco, February 10 - 12, 2011. This summit is sponsored by the Institute for Medical Education and is supported by an educational grant from Accuray Incorporated and will be held at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California.
Physicians, Physicists and other CyberKnife users from around the world will gather at this meeting to share CyberKnife clinical outcomes and technical research results. Your presentation at the CyberKnife Summit would be an excellent opportunity for you to share your work with the CyberKnife scientific community to help further the field of full body radiosurgery.

To pay your dues with a CHECK, simply make your check payable to "The CyberKnife Society" and mail it to us 1350 Dell Avenue, Suite 105, Campbell, CA 95008. A receipt will be e-mailed to you when your check is received.
If you require an INVOICE to pay your dues, please send an e-mail to dhitzman@cksociety.org and an invoice will be e-mailed to you.
To pay with your CREDIT CARD, simply login to our site, look for the red banner at the top of the screen, click the "click here" link and follow the prompts. Be sure to include your e-mail address on the payment form so a receipt can be e-mailed to you when your card processes.
